We have been using the Pool and Spa Outlet for quite some time now. Their showroom even moved 30 minutes away from us and we still go to them for all our needs. Their staff is very knowledgeable and every time we stop in, ready to help We recently had to have some work done on our hot tub and they sent DJ. Not only did he take care of our issue, he did it with a smile. He was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He made my day!! I would highly recommend the Pool and Spa Outlet

Let me start by saying that this was NOT smooth sailing, but I firmly believe that hiccups happen, and how the company responds is what tells you what their values are. We visited Spa & Pool outlet in March, and purchased an oval pool with a salt system. We had a couple dozen questions, and Luke responded them all with patience and warmth as we made our decision. The next step after actually ordering it, was to wait for installation. They work with a 3rd party installation company, who begins work AFTER the pollen has fallen. So we waited until mid-April, when they called to schedule. At that point, we Spa & Pool Outlet went to get our pool & liner ready for pickup, and realized they didn’t have our size pool in stock. Not wanting to delay the process further, they offered us a larger pool, at no additional cost. Of course that sounded great in theory, but we’d been working with a contractor to get a price on a deck… and a bigger pool would mean a more expensive deck. We were nervous that this would just put us WAY over budget and we wouldn’t be able to complete the deck. Spa & Pool outlet offered some concessions in the form of in-store credit, and our first round of chemicals. Ultimately, we liked the idea of a bigger pool and decided to move forward. So onward we went! The installation took place, but oh no… within 24 hours, we noticed a leak in our brand new pool. We called the installer, they said this was likely a defective liner, and passed the issue back to Spa & Pool Outlet. The gentleman who helped us this time, went to great lengths to find our exact liner (which they did not have in stock) and get it, then they paid the cost of the second installation, with a different company. That second installer told us to empty what was left in our pool, and Luke drove to our home to loan us a pump to make that a simpler process. All in all, it wasn’t a seamless experience, but any time that Spa & Pool Outlet had control over the outcome, they put customer service first and went above and beyond for us.
